Critique service
Crystal Clear Creators offers a critique service so you can obtain professional feedback on your poetry, prose or scripts.
Membership of Crystal Clear Creators entitles you to have your writing considered for recording and production. This critique service, however, gives you the opportunity to develop your writing by receiving constructive feedback and expert guidance.
The critique you will receive will consist of:
- An annotated script
- A written report, providing constructive criticism and advice on further development of the piece
Our prices for this service are very competitive. They are as follows:
- Poetry: £3 (members), £5 (non-members) per page
- Prose: £5 (members), £7 (non-members) per 1000 words
The guidelines for presentation of your writing to this service are as follows:
- Prose should be double-spaced and single-sided
- Poetry should be single-spaced and single-sided
- The point size should be a minimum of 11
- All pages should be numbered
- Your name, email and postal address should appear on the coversheet
You should submit your writing either by email attachment (as a word document) to Jonathan Taylor at crystalclearjt@hotmail.co.uk, or by post to Crystal Clear Creators, 46, Whitehouse Avenue, Loughborough, LE11 2PW. Your writing will then be passed on to one of our team of mentors.
For writing of up to 5000 words, we promise to get back to you within six weeks; for longer pieces, we will agree a time-scale with you in advance.
